If you don’t have a beard, not a problem – just consider growing a beard if you can, but while you are on it, ensure you keep your cheeks clean and neat. Trim your nails frequently.
GET YOUR BODY IN SHAPE. MAKE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO STAY HEALTHY: Enroll at the gym. Three times a week is good for a start and try not to skip days. When you invest time in workout sessions, it will pay off. Stay healthy. Eat less of junk food and have more of more of Vegetables. Make a conscious effort to look better and feel better.
